The Lyon-Ukraine association was created in 2016 to promote Ukrainian culture in Lyon. It is a genuine emanation of civil society, with its roots in the gatherings of the Ukrainian community in Lyon in support of the Euromaidan revolution in 2013-2014.

Since 24 February 2022, the association has redoubled its activities, focusing on humanitarian aid in Ukraine, helping Ukrainian refugees and promoting Ukrainian culture. Its budget for 2022, mainly made up of material donations sent to Ukraine, is in the region of 750,000 euros.

I have been a member since its creation in 2016, and was elected a director in June 2022 by the General Meeting. I am currently in charge of the culture and administration departments.
